Do you accept credit cards? At this time we can only accept credit card payments through Pay Pal.
How do you ship? We use US Postal Service.
Do you accept purchase orders? Yes, we accept purchase orders from fire/ems and other rescue organizations.
How do you handle NYS tax exempt? Tax will be added to your shopping cart when you check out and will be removed from your invoice upon reciept of your tax exempt form.
How much text can I add to the tags? That varies by which tag. The oval tags 3-4 lines of text depending on what has to be put on it. Rectangular tags we usually can fit four lines of text. Keep in mind that you must keep it short and abbreviated if possible in order to fit on tag. If we have any problems with the text we will call you and make some suggestions.
